Redmond's great transit service will get even better this March.

The north Eastside is growing and changing. King County Metro took the opportunity to improve transit service there and adapt it to new conditions so it stays convenient and reliable.

The major highlights for Redmond riders are:

  • All-day 15-minute service connecting Bellevue, Downtown Kirkland, and Downtown Redmond on the new Route 250 (in Purple).
  • Expanded 930 bus service on Willows Road will be frequent (every 30 minutes) and all day go all day (in orange).
  • And after receiving public feedback, there will be a new Sound Transit route 544 that goes from Overlake to South Lake Union and Amazon HQ.
