"Secret" Park & Rides around Puget Sound

Parking in Downtown Redmond
Off Street Parking
There are 249 parking spaces between these downtown businesses in their parking garages.
On Street Parking
There are more than 650 on street parking spaces downtown (see map at top of page). If a street has time limits for parking they will be clearly marked as:
- 15 minute load/unload zones
- 1 hour parking
- 2 hour parking
- 3 hour parking
These time limits are in effect from 9 am to 5 pm Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. Holidays are considered any time Redmond City Hall is closed. Some areas may be marked as "Extended by Permit" in which case you can purchase an All Day Parking Permit.
Scooters, motorcycles and disabled on-street parking is available all day and does not require an all day parking permit.
Monthly On-Street All Day Parking Permits
A limited number of monthly paid parking permits are available. These monthly permits allow all day parking in designated "Extended by Permit" zones.
- Monthly on street all day permits are available for sale on a monthly or annual basis.
- Permits are $50 per month or $600 per year.
- To purchase a permit call 425-556-2433 and press option 1.
Daily On-Street Parking Permits
One day on-street parking passes are available for purchase at the pay station at the Redmond Central Connector Pay-to-Park lot (you may know it as the blue and yellow "Sky Painting" lot).
- $5/day
- The pay station accepts cash or credit
- Ticket must be displayed on your car's dash
- This pass is valid for on-street anywhere in the affected Downtown parking area
- Pay station is located at the corner of Bear Creek Parkway and Leary Way NE
Public Parking Lots
Redmond Central Connector Lot/Sky Painting
Public parking is available adjacent to the Redmond Central Connector located at the corner of Bear Creek Parkway and Leary Way NE. Users can enter the lot off Bear Creek Parkway.
- The first 4 hours of parking are free
- All day parking passes are available for $5
- Lot is open 24-hours a day, 7 days a week
- Monitored by Diamond Parking Monday-Friday from 9 am–7 pm
