Due to the evolving COVID-19 virus situation in King County, and in accordance with the recommendations of Public Health Seattle and King County to postpone or cancel public events to reduce the spread of the virus, all Neighborhood Pop-Up events have been cancelled through March 13.

From King County Metro:

Our most updated schedule is available on our website at www.kingcounty.gov/metro/popup. We expect to make a decision about events following March 13 by early next week. We will continue to monitor the situation and will announce any further changes as decisions are made.

We apologize for the inconvenience to you and your patrons, but we take the health and safety of our communities very seriously and have not made this decision lightly. We look forward to seeing you all as soon as conditions permit.

In person customer service is available at our Pass Sales Customer Service Office weekdays 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM at 201 S. Jackson Street, Seattle, WA 98104. At this time, no alternations to the Pass Sales office have been implemented.

The ORCA Regional Mail Center is in operation. New and replacement Adult, Youth and Senior ORCA cards can be ordered through the mail at https://www.soundtransit.org/sites/default/files/documents/orca_card_order_value_form.pdf. This form can also be used to add value or a monthly pass to any existing ORCA card. Applications for new Youth and Senior cards must be accompanied by proof of age.

Disability RRFP ORCA cards and LIFT cards cannot be requested by mail. Due to the evolving situation, we recommend customers looking for a new Disability RRFP or LIFT card call Metro’s customer service at 206-553-3000 to confirm open in-person services.

If customers have questions about their ORCA accounts or the regional transit system, Metro’s customer service can be reached at 206-553-3000. Customers can service their existing ORCA cards through the ORCA Card website at www.orcacard.com. An online comment card can also be completed online at https://kingcounty.gov/depts/transportation/metro/contact-us.aspx

Please let us know if you have any questions regarding this cancellation at neighborhoodpopup@kingcounty.gov.
